So happy I called these guys! YURI was out as quick as we could grab a shot at the
nearest bar after having our SUV start smoking and losing power-on the freeway- but
made it off. Yuri was kind, did the diagnostic test and told us his assessment. Also
begged us not to drive anymore so we got towed (by an incredibly nice and very
talented tow driver-I still don’t know how he got us into this small space in front
of my mechanic’s place). When we got there in the morning he agreed with the
assessment and my alternator was replaced, and my old SUV is as good as new. Also…..
the dispatcher was really cool. Very good at calming this old lady down when I was
kinda freaking out!

Yuri asked a few questions over the phone and advised against calling a towing truck.
He showed up 15 minutes later and in less than 2 minutes my car was running again.
Par for the course, the battery was pronounced dead on the scene.

Absolutely incredible customer service! I don’t often write reviews, but Yuri quite
literally helped save my family vacation. I came back from traveling to a dead car
battery. It was late at night, and I needed my car to drive my family to where we
were staying that night, so I was really in a pinch. Yuri showed up extremely
quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and had
multiple options to jump start the battery, which was good because mine was very
dead. Yuri was also very chill in general, which helped ease the stress of the
situation. He was able to jump start my car, and I was able to get my family where
we needed to go. My car battery problems didn’t end there, unfortunately. Once I
stopped the car, the car would not start again, and it became apparent that the
battery needed replaced. I was having a hard time figuring out how to deal with the
dead car battery, and I called Yuri again since my experience the night before was
so great. He gave me advice about what to do to fix the issue quickly and within a
reasonable cost. Even though the best option for the battery replacement end up not
using Yuri’s services again (battery was still under warranty so I got it down to a
Toyota dealership after jumping it myself using another family members car), I
appreciated having Yuri’s expertise and suggestions in this stressful situation. He
went above and beyond! I can’t recommend this service enough!

F@&$ing incredible service. I genuinely didn’t expect the service I received from
Roadside HERO. I rented a car and lost the key. It was parked it in a spot that was
safe but was going to require that I move my car shortly.
Yuri sent one of his guys and even gave me great advice, just give clear location
details of the car and go about my business. His suggestion helped a ton as I rented
the car to take care of some urgent errands.
But it gets better. The driver ended up parking the car in a spot he wasn’t supposed
to (but it’s understandable) and when the rental car owner contacted me about the
ticket they received, Yuri told me to send a pic and he’d take care of it. Just
unbelievable in this day and age.
Usually when you call a towing service, something didn’t go as planned and you’re
under stress. It really helps to have someone like these guys to help you out in a
situation like that. I love businesses like these!!! Couldn’t recommend more.

Was told that the impound charges at least $300 a day in an attempt to get me to
spend one to two hundred more dollars than I would have needed to retrieve my car
from the impound. Upon review those charges were only $74 a day. Definitely felt
like this company was trying to take advantage of me when I was in a vulnerable
position.
Also whoever runs this is completely unprofessional and called me several times
after I left this review presumably to try and get me to remove it. Absolutely
predatory. You’ll have a better customer experience literally anywhere else.

Yuri was awesome! I needed him to tow my car into my driveway and he was determined
to get it done! Even when it looked like it wasn't possible since I was on a narrow
hill with parked cars across the street, he didn't give up. At one point he even
offered an alternative when I told him the predicament I was in if I kept my car
parked on the street. But, like I said he was determined to do what was asked of
